The president has convened the Thirty-Fifth Annual Meeting of the council and the three Commissions of NASCO and it is my honour to invite your organization to attend in an observer capacity (not more than 2 representatives). At the invitation of the government of the USA, the meetings wild be held from 12 – 15 June 2018 at the Holiday Inn by the Bay, Portland, Maine, USA.
